How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To request removal of content you believe infringes your copyright, you must complete our Contact Form. Please ensure your submission includes all of the items listed below. Missing information can delay processing.
Required Information

Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. - Identification of the copyrighted work
A description of the work you claim is infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list. - Identification of the material
The exact URL or URLs on [Site Name] where the material appears. Screenshots are helpful but URLs are required. - Good faith statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. - Accuracy and authority statement
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. - Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. Typing your full legal name will be treated as an electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may also use our Contact Form to submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your contact details.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located where [Site Name] is found, and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after ten business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated. We may also remove content or disable access to content when we receive valid DMCA notices.
Misrepresentation Warning
Submitting false claims or counter-claims can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. If you are unsure about your rights you should consult an attorney.
